Setting up webmail on my iphone 3GS

I recently bought a domain through Moonfruit which has 5 emails with it. That is all up and running. (NOTE: I have the FREE website package through Moonfruit)

I can access the email through http://webmail.(my domain details)

I want to know if I can create an account on my iphone? Can this be done?

Do I need to do it as IMAP or POP?

The info I have to input is:

Add Account / Other / Add Mail Account:

Name:
Address:
Password:
Description:

NEXT PAGE

Incoming Mail Server:
Host Name:
User NAme:
Password:

Outgoing Mail Server
Host Name:
User Name:
Password:

Can anyone PLEASE help me figure this out.

Thanks so much.

Moonfruit Support says:

All our mailboxes can be collected by webmail, POP3 or IMAP. To collect your mail by IMAP access you will need to use the following settings for your incoming and outgoing mail servers.

Incoming server: imap.yourdomain.com
OR
Incoming Server: pop.yourdomain.com

Outgoing Server: (SMTP): smtp.yourdomain.com

When I input this it says Cannot Verify Server Identity. As I have the FREE account with them I’m not able to contact them directly for help. I just wondered if anyone here had the same problem.

Ok, well imap.lucyjphotography.co.uk and smtp.lucyjphotography.co.uk are both responding so appear to have been set-up.

So, when setting up the account on the iPhone, this should be the info you enter:

*Add Account / Other / Add Mail Account:*

Name: Lucy Jenkins

Address: your email address@lucyjphotography.co.uk

Password: your email password

Description: Whatever you choose

Incoming Mail Server:

Host Name: imap.lucyjphotography.co.uk

User Name: your email address or your email username (Check with Moonfruit which you should use)

Password: your email password

*Outgoing Mail Server*
Host Name: smtp.lucyjphotography.co.uk

User Name: your email address or your email username (Check with Moonfruit which you should use)

Password: your email password

Good luck!

A "relay" error means that the outgoing mail server can't verify that you are allowed to send email via that server.

It's a precaution to stop spammers being able to send spam emails via anybody else's mail server.

You did enter the correct username and password for the outgoing mail server "smtp.lucyjphotography.co.uk" didn't you?

The SMTP username and password should (in theory) "authenticate" you for sending email via their server.
