Contact name changed??

Contact name changed??

Does anyone have an idea as to why a contact name would appear differently than programmed in my phone?? Here's the scenario, I have someone programmed as 'Phil' and when he phoned me a few minutes ago, it read, 'Phil or Flaco'?!?! That's what it said, 'Phil OR Flaco'?!?!? How in the world does that happen?? Flaco is his nickname, how did the phone know that??

If you have multiple contacts in your phone with the same number it will show each name. Sounds like you have him listed as another contact as well.

Oh my gosh!! You're right! LoL!! I backed up my phone yesterday and I guess when I had done it previously, he was listed as 'Flaco' and I had changed his contact name. Guess the contacts that my computer had were put back into the phone. Wow! I was so confused....thank you for the peace of mind. =)
