Removing Scratches

Even though I've been very careful, my iPhone 4 has still managed to get some scratches. I've been tempted to try some scratch removal products or even maybe good ole white toothpaste. However, since the iPhone has an oleo-phobic covering, I'm concerned about how any of the products might effect the screen. Does anyone have any suggestions?

If you hold it a certain way you can see them and I was wondering if there is anything I can do to remove them

Don't hold it that way or cover them with a case. 😉

Do you obsess over small scratches on your car, your floor, your computer or any other device? Why so obsessive with the iPhone... it is just a phone, not the Hope diamond.

After finishing the 50km MTB knysna race this weekend I discovered that the face of my iphone 4s is full of fine scratches, I have been through 3 iphones and 2 ipads, love apple products. I didn't have one scratch on her, but after the race I discovered there were fine sand particals inside the so called waterproof bag, and after 50km of mountain biking it scratched the phone, so dissapointed, it does have a cover on, and it had a screen protector, but I just couldnt live with the bubbles, so I took it of, regretably, now what to do, there are millins of fine scrathes, looking from the side nothing is visable, but if the light hits it just right you can see it very well, I dont think at this point it will help protecting the Olio? Layer, so what I can gather is that using toothpaste would be my best bet?

Thanx for any advise
