I just had a porn popup on my imac, what do I do??

I minimized my Safari browser to print something from a pdf and there was a pornographic picture on a window. I didn't pay any attention if there was any writing or what the web address was because my son was sitting on the couch behind me.

Help, I've never had this happen on a mac before.
