Hey there, my uncle living in the uk wants to gift me an app whilst I live in Karachi. So I just wanted to ask if he can gift it to me really. My account and Apple ID is made in Uk so will it be possible for him to gift me an app or not????

You can't gift apps. Your uncle could set up Family Sharing and sharing apps with you providing you are both using the same region in the App Store. The easiest thing for him to do is to buy you an iTunes Gift Card that you can redeem to your account. You can then buy the app using the funds from the gift card.
