Apple ID Password Reset without Access to iPhone (two-factor authentication enabled)

Hi all,

I recently turned on my phone to find it automatically updated without my initiation, and now requires me to sign in with my Apple ID and password before opening my phone. I cannot remember the password, as the password is stored on this phone via the app Password Manager - Safe Vault and unfortunately am unable to reset the password on my desktop computer because of two-factor authentication linked to this phone. How else can I get into my phone if I don't have access to the phone associated with two-factor?
