Problem with billing info

Hello guys. I have problem with my apple store. THERE IS PROBLEM to update billing informations, but I can t do. Its says your payment is declined, I dont know why. Could you help me with that?

Billing information problem Dear Apple representative, from couple of days I have problem with my billing information! I can’t download free applications as well because of that problem ....
