Can I use a "Lenovo USB-C 65W Standard AC Adapter"

Just a question: on the PC side, Lenovo is considered a pretty good hardware manufacturer. They sell a USB-C 65W AC adapter. It is ugly but comparably cheap. Is there any reason why this would not work with a 13" Macbook Pro? The power rating seems the same.

I am replacing my old 13 inch Macbook (still with Magsafe) with the newest one and I am looking for two or three extra power supplies that I can place strategically around the house. I am not sure if I want to connect my new computer to no-name power supplies. But since I can get three power supplies from Lenovo for the price of one Apple AC-brick, and Lenovo seems like a trusted brand, I am seriously considering it.

Has Anyone any experience with this?

So to answer my own question: I just bought a "Lenovo USB-C 65W Standard AC Adapter" and it seems to work fine with my new "MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2018, Four Thunderbolt 3 Ports)". My computer has been pretty busy, average load according to iStat Menus has been around 50% on all 4 cores for the last few hours, and the Lenovo power adapter kept my battery fully charged during that time.

The power brick itself gets pretty warm, but not alarmingly so.

The matte black color of the brick and the cable also looks pretty decent with the space grey MacBook, much better than I expected. The color more or less matches the color of the keyboard keys.

So I hope this is helpful to people looking for inexpensive power supplies.
