I still haven't gotten my iTunes gift card email...

My nana bought me an iTunes gift card thirty hours ago and I still haven't gotten it in my inbox. After 24 hours she called Apple Support and they said I'd receive it in 4 hours, but I still don't have it. I know she bought it and sent it to the right email, and it isn't in my junk folder either. She can't call Apple Support again because she'll be traveling for the next few days. Any suggestions?
