So my cousin recently passed away in a car accident and her mother was wondering how to bypass the apple ID activation lock on her daughter's apple watch. She doesn't know the apple ID or password and the phone was also damaged in the accident. Is there anyway for apple to help her with this?

Have her take the device, the original purchase receipt with the serial number, a copy of the death certificate, a copy of the will or a document that shows she inherited it, and a photo ID to the nearest Apple Store.
