How do I connect my phone to my apple watch if it has an activation lock. My dad lost his iphone that had his old apple ID that was connected to his apple watch. I have his apple watch that needs his old Apple ID but he forgot his password. Is there anyway I can connect my phone to the apple watch? or is there some way I can try to get his old ID info back?

If you can't remember/gain access to the apple id that paired the watch to the phone.Take the watch and it's receipt along with some photo id and any other proof of ownership to an Apple Store and request that they remove the Activation Lock for you.
