Activation Lock

Is it possible to get past the activation lock on an Apple Watch? My mom lost her old phone and doesn’t remember her old iCloud login that’s with the Apple Watch.

Tell her to check her web browser autofill entries and other records, or use Apple's iForgot service, or contact their Account Security team, or the watch's original owner to click here and submit an unlock request.
