Apple watch

My nephew nO longer using apple watch . My sister is paying for the watch still and will continue .

his phone is disconnected from the watch already

he doesn’t remember his Apple ID or the iCloud.com ID for the activation lock and I can’t get to the serial number because I can’t get into the watch.

is there a way to connect this watch to my phone at this time and how would I do it

Your nephew needs to do this;

You can request an Online Activation Lock Removal HERE.

Or this;

If you can't remember/gain access to the apple id that paired the watch to the phone.Take the watch and it's receipt along with some photo id and any other proof of ownership to an Apple Store and request that they remove the Activation Lock for you.
