cannot delete empty folder
i have two empty folders that i can't delete -- see the attached screenshot...
any ideas how i get rid of them?

How about...
sudo rm -R
Do you have any other shell open within this directory, or an app running just using it?
Is this an encrypted folder?
Any diff if you use...
rmdir -rf
Is the directory in question on a network-mounted disk?
Have you run Disk Repair on that volume?
Are you using tge...

Yes, frustrating indeed, saw this once myself years ago but don't remember the cure.
Could anything have the folder open for writing to?
Can you write/copy to that folder & rm that file?
according to the docs -r is equivalent to -R; but "rm -rfd" or "rm -Rfd" results in the same message: directory is not empty
nope... same result
here's the most frustrating aspect: find says its empty, ls says its empty, but rm says its not...
