My phone was scratched during battery replacement in one of the apple stores. I have signed after the work was done, but at home I had a closer look and few odd scratches found on the bezel and the left side and edge next to the silence mode switch.
What would you advise me, guys?
Personally I would just let it go if the phone is working properly but if you are troubled by it call AppleCare and ask to speak to a manager. Do you have photos prior to the repair to show the scratches were not there?
at the time didn’t think I would need to take any pictures before the fix. Hoped it would be done in a proper manner.
Spoke to someone in Apple store and they have replaced the unit. Can't complaint about the service. Well done, Apple!
Glad to hear it, enjoy your replacement iPhone. You might think about in the future taking pictures of anything you take in for service.
