How to disable swipe to left to activate camera

How can I disable the swipe to left to activate the camera in the lock screen? It is the dumbest feature ever, as many times, swiping notifications to clear them from the lock screen opens the camera.

Yeah! Always getting the same answer. Find first the elusive feedback form and then submit it to just get ignored. This goes on for years and Apple just doesn't care about it.

Fyi, you activate the camera by swiping from the edge of your screen. Now in iOS 12, swiping a notification to the left from the middle of the screen almost always opens the camera!

And it is not just that! The edges of my phone are not responsive to touch.

Kudos to Apple for their excellence of quality development and service!

Does not matter though. It is the last time I bought an Apple branded product.

The support from apple is almost no existent, not on par with the price you pay for its products these days. Not to mention that the quality of both hardware and software (ios) has degraded so much that has started to give android an edge, even to devices that cost even a quarter of the price of an iphone.

I had enough with Apple. I am moving to android that at least at its current version is much more streamlined than ios 12 helping me being more productive than with ios. For some I am going to miss a few things, but at least everything will come down to a reasonable price!
