Bootcamp won't partition startup drive

BootCamp won't partition startup drive for Windows on MacBook Pro Retina 2014 saying not enough space. 312 gigs are available on startup disk.

BootCamp issue: "The startup disk does not have enough space to be partitioned." I have the issue above while trying to install Windows 10 on my MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Early 2013). There was a previous post on the same issue but it ended with no solution. Did anyone got it to work? Any assistance is much appreciated. Thanks.

Unable to install Bootcamp I am trying to set up Bootcamp on my MacBook Pro (late 2013) running Mojave. When I use the Bootcamp assistant it says "The startup disk does not have enough space to be partitioned. You must have at least 40GB of free space available." The disk is a 1TB SSD drive. It has approximately 700GB free. It is using APFS and it's one 1TB partition. How can I go about setting up Bootcamp?

If you are using W10 1809 (October), use W10 1803 (April) instead.
