iTunes gift card

I had $10 credit on iTunes. I downloaded another $10 gift card and the screen told me it was successfully redeemed. I still have a $10 balance on iTunes. In my world, 10 + 10 = 20. I should have a $20 credit on iTunes now.

iTunes gift card So I was gifted a 3 set of $10 ($30 total) of iTunes first cards. I had $8.55 then I added The first two, the money 2 went on smoothly making my balance $28.55 then I was in a bad WiFi area adding the 3rd and it scanned fine but then an error occurred and it wanted me to do it again. I waited til I was in a better WiFi area to try again, as I did so it says already redeemed however my balance still remained $28.55. So how do I redeem this money ?😭

iTunes giftcard redeemed a $25 giftcard. Said it completed. But when I go into the iTunes Store and go to the bottom the $25 wasn’t there, just the $4.87 credit I still have yet.

Assuming that the original $10 was correct and up-to-date, try logging out and back into the account
