Safari-hacking?

Got a message on my iPad while in Safari that, due to recent hacks, I needed to download a patch from support.apple.com/safari-hacking/. When I checked on the validity of the website/patch via support.apple.com, that page did not exist. The icon looked just like the settings icon on the iPad. Anyone else have this issue? Seems like a scam or phishing.

It is indeed a scam.
