i cant hear on on iphone 8 , i have had it replace by verizon , due not being able to hear , caller voice would be muffled , or so low you could hear, unless put on speaker . after phone was replaced downloaded all info from icloud acct . now i have the same problem . i have gone thru all the repair suggestion noth has worked .
Restore your phone to factory settings and test out your phone and see if you experience the same issue, if you don't then something in your icloud backup is causing the issue.
