I redeemed a 25$ Apple gift card and I only got 15$ balance what should I do?

Try logging out and back into the account and see if your balance updates, if it doesn't do so check the account's purchase history, and if you can't see where it went contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
