Purchased a movie from the iOS tv app watched it once in English but went to watch the movie again now it’s in French or I could choose Spanish but only those 2 languages... no more English choice in the pop up menu. My other movies work right. I’m am streaming this movies, not downloaded btw.
is there a fix?

If it's an older purchase you could try contacting the film studio/rights-holder
What does the film's description page now say for it e.g. has the rights-holder replaced the film with a version that doesn't have English ?
Interesting, the description page says French is the primary language with English being secondary. But English is not a choice when playing the movie. Odd.
