Series 3 Nike Glass Exploding

So yesterday I had my 42mm Series 3 Nike Watch on my wrist. It’s only 10 months old. I was walking around. I checked my wrist when a message came trough, and the screen was fine. I then had a second message, pulled my wrist up and the screen was completely shattered. Has anyone else had this problem recently? I could understand if it was hit by something with a great force, but moving around in thin air somehow smashed the screen. I’m not impressed.
