ibook return

I downloaded what I thought was the sample about a month ago. Come to find out I must have hit purchase or pre-order. I’m not sure. Yesterday I thought was checking out the sample (sometimes I download several and look at them when I have time) and find out I own the book. I’m not enjoying it. Is there no way to return?

Pay twice for an iBook I downloaded, was charged for, and read an iBook. Then deleted (remove from all devices) when I was finished. When I wanted to go back to read a section of the book and clicked on the "cloud", it was again downloaded. Several days later, I got was charged again for the same book. Why is this happening? Is there anyway to get a refund? What should I do next time to avoid double billing for the same book?

iBooks issue I purchase a book by mistake. First off I thought it was the audio book...Second it is in a different language. I went on to buy the correct audio book and would like my money back or a credit towards a future book. Please let me know what you can do. The info is below. Thank you.
