What does “get” in iBooks mean

I found a book I’d like to read. It only says “get” without showing a price to buy. When tapping get, It requires approval for purchase, but yet again, with no price.

Any ideas whether this book is free or will it deduct an insane amount of money when I approve?

"Get" will appear for books you already own / have purchased before, or ones that are actually free.

For books that cost money, you will always see the word "Buy" and the price there rather than the word "Get".

That particular book is in fact free to download.
