external microphone and camera simultaneously?

I have a new Macbook and I want to use both a Logitech Brio 4K webcam and my Yeti Blue microphone for recording videos. Right now the microphone will work using the USB A connector (through a dongle) but the camera only works if I have it plugged directly into the USB C port (meaning, if I plug it into the USB C port on the dongle, it does not work). I can't be the only person using both and external mic and a camera - what's the idea connector to get this done? THANKS!
