The Bank of America App (BofA App) in my iPhone 6s is no longer working. When I touch the app to open, it just vanishes before I could type in the ID and Passcode. Any ideas on how to resolve this will be highly appreciated. Thank you!

I called the BofA Mobile banking support. The agent said they've not had any reports of the issue like the one I raised. The problem is still there. I've deleted the BofA app and re-downloaded and re-opened it (a number of times), yet the glitch continues. When I touch the app to open, it opens but then vanishes, doesn't let me type in the ID and Passcode. At one point, I was even able to get to the point of responding to the first security question, and then it vanished.... Still seeking for help. Thank you all!
