Vanquis bank app will not open

I have a Vanquis app on an iPhone 11 Pro max that will not open at all. It sends you to a link saying that it does not work given various reasons ranging from keyboard incompatibilities, jail breaking or update issues. I removed all but the standard keyboards, I have updated the phone and reinstalled the app. It is not jailbroken.

The phone still is not working and this is so frustrating as all my other financial apps work fine.

Any ideas?
