Find iphone does not work

My iphone was stolen, i blocked it with function find my iphone, but in a 2 days my device not any more in my icloud, and i dont see it in my list device. I think there is some problems with work function "find my iphone"

The device must be powered up and have an internet connection to be seen by Find My Phone.
