Uber security photo, camera will not allow pictures

hello,

I've recently become a Uber driver. (5 weeks)

Last week a security request wanted a current photo for update.

Via the Uber app, I've tried to take a pic with my Iphone 6 (updated to 10+), however

it keeps prompting - CAMERA ERROR (Sorry, it looks like we couldn't activate your camera)

The app and camera worked fine when i initially set up account.

Any help is appreciated.
