Apple Lotto scam - which app it came from?

I received a popup message covering the whole screen:

Apple Inc:Your mobile was selected Winner of 750,000 euro by Apple Lotto....

See picture. Naturally this is a scam. but I couldn't find out what app made this popup. I would like to block this from happening again. how can I find which app made this popup?

I have iphone 5S.
