Hi. I have a problem with my iPhone Xanax IOS 12.1.1. My phone doesn’t have The CarPlay . Please can you help me to solve this problem? Thanks

Your phone has it. It is not a separate app. It won't even show up in the menu on the phone until you plug it into a CarPlay compatible system.
