in my iphone 8 plus no have carplay,but on my friend's iphone 7 plus have it.

Is your car compatible with CarPlay? If so visit this Apple Support Documentation to setup CarPlay.
Do you have Siri enabled on your phone. If you don't have Siri enabled, Apple Car Play won't be there.
If you car supports CarPlay and one phone works but another one does not - I would check the restrictions on the phone that does not and verify that CarPlay is not inadvertently disabled.
Does your car support Apple Car Play? Not all cars do.
When you go to Settings > General and scan down the list, do you not see Car Play?
