My phone will not connect to iTunes so that I can restore it. I forgot my passcode and tried to many times and my phone is now disabled. I am not sure what to do. I have hard started it, and it still will not connect to iTunes. Do I have to be on an Apple computer? or can you help restore it over the phone?
