safari won't open after yosemite 10.10.5 update

Yosemite 10.10.5 updated today and now safari won't open. I get this message.

Call Apple Tech......they had me do a complete system Recovery for Yosemitie10.10.5..Safrai on the MacHD drive (not the "recoveryHD drive) came back after 7hr. loading , but some Safari bookmarks are missing because you go back to the date when you initially upgraded to Yosemite.
MY advice get a 2nd or 3rd browser downloaded on your advice.......

I replaced
/System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/MobileDevice.framework/Versions/A/MobileDevice
with backuped one.
It works.
