Safari problem

My Safari will not open on my OSX Yosemite. It just wants me to report the problem. Never had any issues until today. Can anyone help me??

Test Safari in Safe Mode:

Use safe mode to isolate issues with your Mac - Apple Support

Also test in a new user account:

macOS Sierra: Set up users, guests, and groups on your Mac

(same in Yosemite)
