How can I make Numbers refresh stock prices?

I used a spreadsheet in Numbers to track my stocks. Everything is set up correctly but my numbers are significantly off because the stock prices are not changing to the current stock price. I am wondering how I can "refresh" the stocks to show the current stock price.

Macbook (2015 or later)

The STOCK functions are not deigned for real-time pricing. There was a discussion a little while back about trying to trick STOCKH into providing prices in real-time.

It will not update the price in real time, you have to quit Numbers and restart it to get an update. I noticed this morning it gives me an error that i do not recall from last time. It could be because the market is closed (which it is at the time I am writing this). It is possible they made a slight change in the last few months and the trick from that post no longer works.
