Refresh stock data in numbers

I have created a stock table in numbers. How can the data be refreshed when I want up-to-date information? I know that numbers automatically refreshes stock data after midnight, but that is too late. Other spreadsheet software allows for the ability to click on a refresh data button, but this option is not available in numbers to my knowledge.
