yesterday I tried to top up my apple account, there seem to have been a problem, because money was taken from my bank account, but my funds are still 0€, haven't been topped up. Who can I contact or what to do?

Have you tried logging out and back into the account and seeing if your balance updates ? If it doesn't, contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
