Hey iTunes/ Apple

i just found out that there has been a payment going on, on my Apple ID. I have supposedly paid for an app which, to be honest I’ve never seen it or used.

since it’s Christmas Eve soon I was supposed to use the Amount of money that you guys somehow have “taken”

it revolves about 799kr ( danish money)

i was wondering if there is any opportunity that I might get it back, since that there clearly have happened an error.

hope you could help a women, a sister, a daughter who is a little out my mind ;)

We 'guys' and fellow users, nobody on here has taken, or can take, any money from you.

Purchases are considered final as you know, but you could try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support and see if they will refund you as a one-off : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

Or you can try contacting iTunes Support via : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww

And I assume that if it's a subscription you've now stopped its auto-renewal if you no longer want it
