Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. I see in your post that you receive an error message when you attempt to download content from iTunes on your computer. I'm here to help. In most cases, this error message suggests there could be a network connectivity related. Are you able to access Safari and the App Store at the same time you're receiving this error message? If so, try starting your Mac into safe mode to see if you're able to download these files from there.
