Transfer apps

How do I go about transferring my apps from my iphone X to my macbook pro???

Um, you don't, except to back them up.


At this writing, MacOS cannot execute Apps for iPhone or iPad.


Some developers have decided to produce similar Apps for the Mac, sometimes under the same names.


iLife Apps: Photos, iMovie;

and iWork apps: Numbers, Pages, and Keynote -- are available for both, as free downloads, but they are not exactly the same, just very similar.
