Will FaceTime work between iPhones internationally and is it free or is there a charge?

FaceTime works Internationally if the devices are from Apple and have FaceTime enabled.

It's free when using Wi-Fi, it's not when using cellular data.

Make sure you are on Wi-Fi to avoid charges.
