dictation

I tried restart, hard restart, turning off dictation then reenabling it all to no avail (and had internet connection during this time). What finally worked was adding and alternate English keyboard, deleting the American English, deleting emoji keyboard then adding the American English, deleting the alternate English keyboard and re-adding the emoji keyboard. The microphone button went from greyed-out to black and works fine now. Right before it greyed out it was working but would not give English text but a phonetic Hangul text. Whew! Now it gives English text for English speech.
