App Store in iPhone reviews for apps

When you go into the App Store on an iPhone (my phone is an iPhone 8 Plus on iOS 12.1.1) & go to ratings & reviews the default is ‘sort by most helpful’. Those reviews are the same exact ones in the same exact order when I click on ‘sort by most recent’ yet when I click on ‘most favorable’ they are different & the same for ‘most critical’.

It’s not just Apple apps, it’s all the apps in the App Store.
