"Purchase order" is grayed out. I spent over an hour trying to make this, 30 min on hold with apple, and over an hour trying to figure out what I'm doing wrong. I just can't purchase the item...

Apple discontinued its printing services (calendars, books, etc.) at the end of September.
If you are still using the old iPhoto application, all you can do it create a PDF file and send it to an outside printing service.
