My Facebook APP on the iPad Pro 11-INCH used to be full screen.
This morning it is a narrow strip with the feed and other small blocks down the side. 12/16/2018 - The left side used be the entire screen
I want my full screen back please.
How can that be fixed?

YOu need to take it up with Facebook. The onus is on them to make theri app compatible with apple devices, not the other way around.
You could also try to use Safari to access your facebook instead of the app. Their app has been buggy for years.
