My XR can’t touch screen

My mobile phone only bought for 16 days, and the touch screen could not be used. No water, heavy fall, no new trauma on the outside. You can use the headset to answer the call. I have tried forced shutdown and restarted, and it has not returned to normal.

touch screen i woke up today and my phone was working properly ubtil one of a sudden it stopped working and the touch screen isnt working so i cant do anything on my phone and my phone diidnt fall and doesnt even have a scratch i'm pretty sure its a technichal issue and tbhats extremely inappropriate to buy a phone with this huge amount of money to just out of nowhere stop working!!
