SAFARI no longer working with Yosemite

This is not a question, it is a solution.

I run CS3 on Yosemite.

PROBLEM: On Friday Dec. 13, while working, the AppleStore online recommended me to upgrade iTunes. And SAFARI stopped working. Everything else was fine (Firefox, Chrome, and all my programs). I did everything to fix the annoying problem, even reinstall OSX. The next morning I contacted the Apple Store 3 different times and was given plenty of alternative solutions, but in the end the problem was not solved. The best advice I was given was not to lose hope because THIS was a new thing and eventually someone would come up with a solution.-- And he was right!

HELP ARRIVED on Sunday, Dec. 16 (today) when I found a link that was just posted today. The advice was to only change the name of a file, and be careful not to delete anything in the process.

SOLUTION: “ MACINTOSH/ System/ Library/ Private Frameworks/ Mobile Device Framework/ Versions/ A/ Mobile Device”  ––I renamed the last file to “ Mobile Device_OLD “  and Safari was back, nothing was lost. I didn't even reboot the mac to see the great result.

The link I used also gave solutions for Safari in El Capitan: https://appletoolbox.com/2016/01/safari-problems-after-upgrade-how-to-fix/

I hope this can be help anybody else with that annoying problem I finally solved.
