Snapchat on the iPhone XR

I recently got the iPhone XR and when I go on Snapchat to use the forward facing camera my face appears very blurred and zoomed in. I don’t understand why the quality is so bad considering I bought this phone for the better camera.

Snapchat om iPhone XS Max is really bad Hey, i really don’t get why Snapchat on my iPhone XS Max sucks. The only problem I have is that the front camera is really zoomed in and also it looks like they put on a beauty filter on my face and I really dislike this. xr camera quality the iphone xr has very, android quality when it comes to the snapchat camera. it’s very blurred and flash makes it looked washed out. is this something that can be fixed?
